用途
本机适用于干岩相标本、金相试样的磨抛工序。
岩相：无论岩石、矿石、陶瓷、玻璃及其他硅酸盐材料使用本机磨抛都能做出高质量的标本。金相：对有色金属和黑色金属的试样粗磨、细磨、干磨、湿磨、抛光都极为适用。
MP-1型磨抛机特点：
※ 本机采用不锈钢外壳，外观大方。
※ 功率大、噪音小、采用低噪音防水电机。
※ 安装PD-1型试样机推移器，能代替手工进行半自动磨抛工序，提高试样磨抛的质量和试样的效率。
※ 不同材料的试样可以方便的选择不同的转速。550-1500转/分（无级变速）
※ 采用带有防水的粘结层织物，可以方便的粘贴在盘上。
Applications
The machine is used to polish rock and metal specimen Rock: all the rock, mineral ceramics glasses and other silicate material can be polished by this machine and high quality guaranteed.
Metal: This machine can be used for rough and fine grinding, dry and wet milling and polishing the metal specimen.
Characteristics:
(1) Stainless steel used for producing the outer shell good appearance

(3) Assembling the PD-1specimen removing device to replace the manual polishing process by semi-automatic, which can increase the quality and efficiency
(4) Different speed from 50-1500rpm/min (with stepless change) can be easily selected to fit the specimen of different material.
(5) Waterproof textile of tie coat is used to be applied on the lap.
结构特征概述
MP-1型号磨抛机是以一台Y802-4 0.75kw三相异步电动机为动力，由HM2001变频器控制调速的金相试样设备。电动机动力通过主轴直接传递到磨抛盘上，从而驱动磨抛盘平稳旋转。
机器的电源开关、周速旋钮、指示灯、熔丝均安装在机器正面，操作方便。
Brief Description
The power of MP-1 polisher is supplied by one set Y802-4three-plase motor with 0.75kw and the speed is controlled by Hm2001 converter. The power of motor is transferred to the polisher lap directly via main shaft which could drive the lap to rotate smoothly.
The switching, speed , pilot light and fuse are mounted on panel for easy operation.
OneΦ230mmA-alloy lap is equipped on the tapering spindle of the polisher for easy maintenance or replacement.
