机器人为何选用IKO交叉滚轴承

 1.结构紧凑
通过滚子的直交排列,背对背安装的接触角为45°的单列滚子轴承和球轴承的2个大小的截面面积缩小到了1个大小,有助于节省空间。
2.高 刚 性
右图是转盘旋转部分的截面图。向转盘施加力矩时的作用点距离为L,轴承的容许力矩与作用点距离L成正比。为提高转盘的力矩刚性而增大作用点距离L时,需要使用2个角接触球轴承。同时由于需要留出较大的轴承间距,因此装置体积会变大。而交叉滚子轴承只需使用一个即可增大作用点距离L,不但实现了装置的省空间化,还能提高力矩刚性。
轴承内部的滚动体是使用圆柱滚子的线接触结构,与滚珠型轴承相比,刚性大幅提高。例如与双列角接触球轴承相比,截面尺寸小,刚性提高3 ~ 4倍。

通过滚子的直交排列,1个轴承可同时承受来自所有方向的复杂负荷,组装时可以不受负荷方向的影响。

The rolling element inside the bearing is a line contact structure using a cylindrical roller, and the rigidity is greatly improved as compared with the ball type bearing. For example, compared with double row angular contact ball bearings, the cross-sectional size is small and the rigidity is increased by 3 to 4 times.
3. Availability
By the orthogonal arrangement of the rollers, one bearing can withstand complex loads from all directions at the same time, and can be assembled without being affected by the load direction.
