The Mobile Honeycomb Plate with E-Drive
Mobile electric driven Honeycomb Plate
The remote controlled self-propelled CARFIT eMOBEE honeycomb plate efficiently transports components from A to B and provides sustainable support for loading proocesses in the measuring lab.
1、ZEISS CARFIT eMOBEE优势:
(1)Properties
E-Drive
The ZEISS CARFIT eMOBEE features an electric motor and is powered by built-in batteries. The battery life depends on the load, the travel path and the frequency – under normal operating conditions, a single charge is sufficient for several days of use.
(2)Navigation Without Detours
The system is navigated by remote control; it finds the final position in the cell semi-automatically using a positioning system and codes that can be read by the integrated camera.
Preparation of the floor with rails is not necessary.
(3)Lightweight Honeycomb Design
Integrated honeycombs made from aluminum give the plate maximum stability at minimum weight. This structure can handle a load that is around 30 percent heavier as compared to other transportation solutions. The high-precision hole grid enables the setup of fixtures for all workpieces that need to be measured. It is also possible to clamp heavy or multiple parts on the system.
(4)Agile Travel Characteristics
A unique four-wheel drive makes it possible to steer all the wheels of the transport system individually. Thanks to this omnidirectional drive, the plate can steer in any direction at any time. This ensures reliable movement on almost any surface, as well as space-saving navigation and thus makes the plate suitable for small measuring labs.
(5)Greater Throughput
With the ZEISS CARFIT eMOBEE, the individual components comfortably travel from the production line to the measuring lab and even to the designated measuring machine as scheduled. Machine downtime is drastically reduced if multiple grid plates are used at the same time.

Due to the modular design of all standard components. ZEISS CARFIT is the cost-effective, standardized foundation for the production of even the most complex and versatile Meisterbock devices.
2、Support and clamping system
The versatile spacesaving system
These systems are primarily used where many different parts have to be measured and space for storing equipment is lacking. The design is based on a hole grid plate for the clamping of changing part-specific supports. This line has proven its value both in volume measuring fixtures and in prototyping.
3、Framework system
With extruded or grid profile
The ZEISS CARFIT frame line is used for reproducible clamping of parts and assemblies. The basic design of the measuring fixture consists of ZEISS CARFIT profiles and standard modules for fixtureing and clamping of parts or workpieces. Due to the high degree of variability, this system can be used for prototype measuring equipment up to serial inspection.
4、System for optical measurements
For optimum capture of the target markers
This, as with all ZEISS CARFIT series and standard components compatible system, is ideal for the production of scanning devices. Octagonal profiles enable the optical measuring of components from different angles. The parts being inspected can be mounted in any position and also rotated 360 degrees so that all areas of the parts can be properly captured. Quick-change systems and ends for part acquisition support the shortened inspection times of automated measuring tasks.
