二、PH20五轴触发式系统产品特点：

1、移动测座，性能更佳

传统触发测量方法依靠加快坐标测量机的三轴运动速度进行快速测量，PH20与之不同，它采用为REVO系统（曾获得多项殊荣）开发的测座运动技术，可在较高的测量速度下将坐标测量机的动态误差降至zuidi。

PH20独特的“测座碰触”可以仅通过移动测座，而不是坐标测量机结构，来采集测量点。这样可以更快地采集测量点，并且提高了精度和重复性。

此外，五轴联动可省去测座旋转定位时间。综合上述因素，速度显著提高通常使新系统的测量效率比传统系统提高了两倍。

1, mobile test seat, better performance

Unlike traditional trigger measurement methods, which rely on accelerating the speed of the CMM＇s three-axis motion, the PH20 uses pedal motion technology developed for the award-winning Revo system to minimize the dynamic error of the CMM at higher measurement speeds.

The PH20＇s unique "bench touch" allows the measurement points to be acquired only by moving the bench, rather than by the CMM structure. This allows faster collection of measurement points ａnd improves accuracy ａnd repeatability.

In addition, the five-axis linkage can save the time of rotation ａnd positioning of the bench. Combined with the above factors, the significantly increased speed typically results in a new system measuring up to twice as efficiently as a traditional system.

2、在任意角度均可轻松测触特征

（1）更快标定

为PH20开发的独特的“推论标定”技术通过一次操作即可确定测座方向和测头位置，从而实现以任意测座角度完成后续测量。在使用其他模块之，只需简单地在标准球上测量几个点即可。（如果需要提高测量精度，可循待测特征的方向单独进行测尖校正）。

The unique "Inferential Calibration" technology developed for the PH20 provides a single operation to determine the position ａnd orientation of the probe, allowing subsequent measurements to be made at any Angle of the probe. Simply measure a few points on a standard ball before using other modules. (If the measurement accuracy needs to be improved, the measuring point can be calibrated separately in the direction of the characteristic to be measured).

Because the calibration process needs to be repeated periodically to comply with quality management procedures or after a probe collision, it can save a lot of time over time.
