Description
A pre-blended Tris-glycine powder for preparation of Laemmli SDS-PAGE running buffer. The 40 L pack size prepares 40 liters of 1× Tris-Glycine solution (0.025 M tris base ａnd 0.192 M glycine). Each Ready-Pack prepares 1 liter of a 10× concentrate.
