用途】:科研、教学实验使用,如总补体溶血活性(CH50)检测、辐射红细胞溶解实验、溶血空斑实验等。用于红细胞间接凝集试验、补体结合试验、T淋巴细胞E花环试验、制作致敏细胞、免疫注射抗体、制作血平板等试验。 

【产品简介】 红细胞中含有血红蛋白,因而使血液呈红色。血红蛋白中含有Fe,所以贫血的人宜多吃铁含量丰富的食物和蛋白质,来补血。红细胞是一种常用的免疫学实验试剂,常用于制备溶血素、进行血型鉴定和交叉配血试验等。本产品仅供科研实验用,不做其它用途! 

【应用】 

1、用于制备溶血素,进行溶血实验。

2、用于血型鉴定和交叉配血试验等免疫学实验。3、用于研究红细胞免疫功能等。 

【注意事项】 

1、保证细胞质量。

2、制备过程中应严格无菌操作,防止细菌污染。

3、制备好的 红细胞应低温保存,保持细胞活性。

4、使用时应注意安全,避免细胞溅出造成污染。
