用于蓝宝石晶锭定向测量,也可用于其它种类的单晶定向测量。同时解决了大尺寸晶棒无法在普通定向仪上定向的问题。该仪器现已广泛应用于蓝宝石C向测定,因为测量的角度是固定的,所以保证了晶锭粘接的准确性。

Features

The model suits for sapphire ingot orientation measurement, can also be used for other types of single-crystal orientation measurement.Atthe same time solve the problem that large-size crystal rod can not be orientated on common orientation instrument. The instrument is now widely used in sapphire C direction  determination. Because the angle we measured is constant, we can make sure the precision of ingots connection.
