Directions per LiterDissolve 9.7g in 800-900ml of ddH2O stirring gently until completely solubilized. Add 2.2g sodium bicarbonate while stirring. Adjust pH of the medium to 0.1-0.3 pH unit below the desired level. Add additional water to bring the solution to 1L Filter-sterilize using a 0.22 micron membrane filter. Aliquot into sterile containers. Do not autoclave. Contains heat-labile compounds that can be damaged with autoclaving.
Storage and StabilityStore powdered media at RT. Stable for 12 months after receipt. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4°C and used within a short period of time.

内毒素:≤1单位/毫升
每升说明:将9.7g溶解在800-900ml ddH2O中,轻轻搅拌直至完全溶解。搅拌时加入2.2g碳酸氢钠。将培养基的pH值调整至低于所需水平的0.1-0.3 pH单位。添加额外的水,使溶液进入1L过滤器,使用0.22微米的膜过滤器进行消毒。等分到无菌容器中。不要高压釜。含有不稳定的化合物,可能会因高压灭菌而损坏。
储存和稳定性:在室温下储存粉状介质。收到后可稳定12个月。打开的瓶子应盖紧盖子,并保持在黑暗、低湿度的环境中。准备好的培养基应保持在4°C,并在短时间内使用。
