3D-Fect 允许将多种细胞(细胞系和原代细胞)转染到 3D 支架中:基于胶原蛋白和胶原蛋白衍生的支架预加载由 3D-Fect(比例 4:1)和 1 μg pVectOZ-GFP(绿色图片)或 RFP 质粒(红色图片)形成的复合物。然后接种细胞并在48小时后在荧光显微镜下观察
