14,15-DHET是可溶性环氧化物水解酶(sEH)介导的14,15-EET代谢的代谢产物由细胞色素P450(CYPs)2C和2J的花生四烯酸环氧合酶活性产生。这种竞争具有HRP系统的ELISA试剂盒可用于测定生物样品(组织、血浆、血清和血清)中的14、15-DHET水平,和尿液)和细胞培养基作为sEH活性的测量。
此外,该测定法也可用于筛选用于可溶性环氧化物水解酶活性的抑制剂。该试剂盒与Detroit R&D 14,15-DHET/EET ELISA试剂盒(DH 2)相似,但也包含EET衬底。96孔板的每个试剂盒适用于多24个样品的一式三份分析。
