描述
Agilent N6031A 任意波形发生器具有生成复杂超宽带(UWB)波形的性能。它在单一仪器中提供了高采样率和高位分辨率特性,使设计人员能够生成理想的 UWB 波形,以便进行精确的系统和子系统测试。N6031A 的每个通道可提供 500 MHz 的调制带宽和大于 50 dBc 的无杂散动态范围。当 N6031A 与宽带 I/Q 上变频器结合使用时,可在微波频率上实现 1 GHz 的调制带宽,从而在 IF 和 RF 子系统测试中进行真正的信号仿真。
