滑动摩擦磨损试验仪的维修及保养：

先试验机各部应经常擦拭干净，以防生锈。不用时用机衣罩起以防尘土侵入，注意防晒。主要注意以下几点：

● 附件及备件不用时，应整齐放入相应的附件箱中，易生锈的零部件应涂防锈油。仪器不使用时，砝码取下勿压着传感器。When the accessories ａnd spare parts are not in use, they should be neatly put into the corresponding accessory box, ａnd the parts easy to rust should be coated with anti rust oil. ●安装控制软件用计算机勿随意安装下载软件，以防系统中毒，影响控制软件。

● 接通电源，检查电源是否正常，若正常，进行第二步操作，若不正常，检查供电电源是否已接通。

● 查看主轴轴旋转方向是否正确,该试验机的主轴不可逆转,既从上往下看是主轴为顺时针旋转。 　

● 安装试样，具体安装方式可参照说明书。

● 摩擦力单元的操作 摩擦力工作范围是0-196N。试验，先要调节调零按钮，使摩擦力显示装置交替显示（±0）。摩擦力预置拨盘起初可设置较大的值，当试验进入正常后，再根据实际摩擦力值设置个较接近的值。当出现擦伤时，会因摩擦力增大而报警停机。按下摩擦力复位按键，报警解除，可继续做试验。

●摩擦磨损试验机的维护和保养试验机各部应经常擦拭干净，对没有喷漆的表面擦拭干净后应用棉纱沾少量的机油再擦遍，以防生锈。雨季期间更应注意擦拭，不用时用机衣罩起以防尘土侵入。注意不要让油污和尘土进入到电器控制箱内。附件及备件不用时，应整齐放入相应的附件箱中，易生锈的零部件应涂防锈油。试验机应每隔1-2年检验次，以保证各项指标的正确性。对于不明确的故障发生时，用户应及时向我厂联系，以便妥善解决。Maintenance of friction ａnd wear testing machine all parts of the testing machine should be wiped clean frequently. 橡胶摩擦磨耗的影响因素

橡胶的磨耗主要有三种形式：

1.磨损磨耗：粗糙表面上凸出的尖锐粗糙物不断切割，刮擦

2.疲劳磨耗：硫化胶表面受周期性压缩，剪切，拉伸等形变作用

3.卷曲磨耗：光滑表面接触时硫化胶表面的微凹凸不平的地方发生变形。

影响因素：

实际接触面积的影响：

1.粘附阻力的大小与两表面的微观接触面积的总和成比例

2.在定温度下，随着负荷的增加而产生的橡胶变形使橡胶与摩擦表面的粘结密度增加，从而使摩擦力增加

温度和速度的影响

1.橡胶的摩擦性能具有明显的粘弹特征

2.摩擦系数是温度和速度的函数，在某速度和温度下出现大值

3.磨耗，般来说，温度升高会使磨耗量增大，随着温度的降低，在玻璃化温度附近，磨耗量达到小值，然后重新上升。

摩擦磨损定义

1、摩擦：两物体接触表面间产生阻碍切向相对移动的现象称为摩擦。

2、滑动摩擦：两接触物体接触点具有不同速度时之摩擦。
