喷码检测设备采用机器视觉系统进行在线高速检测，适用油墨码，激光码等各类型喷码，设备主要分为三个单元：视觉检测单元、系统控制单元、不良品剔出单元。
视觉检测单元采用高速相机配合视觉专用LED光源，图像清晰，软件算法成熟稳定，操作步骤简单易懂。对缺码、部分缺码、码模糊、码移位等不良品进行检测并自动剔除，实现并满足客户对高速在线生产质量管理的需求，提高检测效率和准确性，降低企业人力成本。

Print code detection equipment adopts machine vision system to carry out high speed detection ａnd applies to ink ａnd laser code or other types of code. The equipment is mainly divided into 3 units: vision detection unit, system control unit ａnd defective product removing unit. The vision detection unit adopts high speed camera with visually dedicated LED light source. Its image is clear, soft algorithm is mature ａnd stable ａnd operation steps are easy to understand.
