传统传感器弊端凸显

传感器与中国制造联系紧密。传感器属于基础零部件，是工业的基石、性能的关键和发展的瓶颈，其重要性不言而喻。传感器具有使用量大，应用面广的特点，在工业生产制造中起到了承上启下的作用。目前，在中国制造企业中，利用传感器对数据进行采集、处理和传输已经不是新鲜事，但是传统的传感器存在两方面的问题：

1．性能方面

传统传感器基本属于低端基础类别，反应较慢、精度不高、稳定性差、体积偏大、对恶劣工业场所（高温、粉尘、潮湿、电磁干扰等）的适应能力不强、能耗偏高、技术含量低和寿命偏短等问题。而现代工业控制要确保生产设备高质量和高效率的运行，内置的传感器不仅要求能够实现通信，还要足够精准和稳定。在不同的工业领域应用场景中，有的精密仪器或设备本身体积就很小，这也对传感器微型化提出了更高的要求。

2．功能方面

传统在数据采集的过程中，只能采用相同的工作原理，以数据形式记录物理变量，再将采集的数据发送至设备控制器，无法实现在前端自动地、智能地收集、提供和分析海量的工业数据的功能，更不能时刻与互联网或云端进行信息互通。大数据分析作为实现智能制造的基础，它要求传感器必须更智能化地运作，这对大数据和工业自动化融合至关重要，也是实现智能制造的突破口。

所以，传统传感器已经不能满足现代制造业生产的需求，传感器向智能化发展势在必行。

智能传感器的优势

智能传感器的概念*早由美国宇航局在研发宇宙飞船过程中提出来，它是指具有信息采集、信息处理、信息交换、信息存储等功能的多元件集成电路，是集成传感器、通信芯片、微处理器、驱动程序、软件算法等于一体的系统级产品。智能传感器与传统传感器相比，它具有对外界环境等信息进行自动收集、数据处理、逻辑判断、功能计算以及自诊断、自校准、自补偿与自适应的能力，拥有更高的精度、更好的稳定性与更强的环境适应能力。一方面，智能传感器通过更灵活的接口不仅可以在控制器层通信，而且能实现更高数据层的通信，附加的数据或软件系统接口让传感器可以执行新的分析任务及新的功能。这些能力可提高生产的灵活性、质量、效率和透明度。另一方面，由于增加了智能功能，智能传感器提供的数据更加紧凑、实用，数据资源的利用效率也越高，得到的数据处理结果也更加准确。在内部对数据直接进行预处理、压缩和滤波的智能传感器能更好的满足智能制造的要求。随着应用的深化发展，智能传感器正逐渐向微型化、数字化、智能化、系统化、网络化、移动互联网化等方向发展。
