The production equipment adapts to the general situation of people＇s diet intensification treatment in modern society, meets the requirements of people＇s nutrition balance, avoids the characteristics of large investment in importing foreign equipment ａnd high operating costs, ａnd has the advantages of high automation ａnd energy saving. The production line can use rice, millet, black rice, buckwheat ａnd other cereals as raw materials, add various vitamins, proteins ａnd minerals for processing, extrude, ripen ａnd shape in the extruder to regenerate new fortified nutritional rice. Its eating method is the same as natural rice ａnd is more simple ａnd convenient. It is nutritious ａnd more adaptable to modern rhythm of life.

技术参数

1.拌粉机：将各种原料按一定的比例要求进行混合。 
2.上料机;将混合好的原料输送到挤压机的料斗内，降低劳动强度 提高工作效率。
3.双螺杆挤压造粒机：料斗内的原料按一定的运转速度连续输送到螺杆内，原料在挤压机内的螺杆充分的挤压柔和下，*终在磨具内挤出，形成均匀的米颗粒。 
4.振动筛;高温下的米颗粒均匀的摊布在振动筛冷却面上，在震动电机的晃动下匀速前进。再配以风机冷却，防止大米粘结现象的发生。 
5.风送机：把米输送到烘干箱内。设备之间的连接设备 
6.烘干箱：把米进行干燥脱水，达到使用要求的标准。烘干箱多使用电加热和燃气型两种 
7.提升机:设备之间的连接，把营养米提升到滚筒机内
8.滚筒：烘干好的米进行冷却和简易抛光。

（风送机）：将营养米风送进入大米储料罐内，进行营养米的储存。

（储料罐）：营养米的临时存放。

（包装机）：营养米进行包装。

1. Mixer: Mix all kinds of raw materials according to certain proportion requirements. 
2. Feeder; convey the mixed raw materials to the hopper of the extruder to reduce labor intensity ａnd improve work efficiency. 
3. Twin-screw extrusion granulator: the raw materials in hopper are continuously conveyed to the screw at a certain speed. The raw materials are fully extruded ａnd softened in the extruder, ａnd eventually extruded in the abrasive tool to form uniform rice particles. 
4. Vibrating screen; rice particles are evenly distributed on the cooling surface of the vibrating screen at high temperature, ａnd move forward uniformly under the shaking of the vibrating motor. Cooling with fan to prevent the occurrence of rice cohesion. 
5. Air conveyor: convey rice to the drying oven. Connecting equipment between equipments 
6. Drying oven: drying ａnd dewatering rice to meet the requirements of use. Electric heating ａnd gas type are commonly used in drying ovens. 
7. Lifters: the connection between equipment, to raise nutritious rice to the drum 
8. Drum: dried rice for cooling ａnd simple polishing. 
(Air conveyor): The nutritious rice is fed into the rice storage tank to store the nutritious rice. 
(Storage tank): Temporary storage of nutritious rice. 
(Packer): Nutritional rice is packaged.
