产品简介

该设备从原料配制、挤压膨化、夹芯、成型、切断、喷涂、调料到出成品一次完成,自动化程度很高。该生产线具有机型多、配置灵活、原料范围广、产品种类多、操作简单等特点,选择合适的配置可生产夹芯饼、夹芯管、膨化米果、麦烧、锅巴、营养早餐、玉米片等产品。经膨化后的食品具有口感酥脆、易消化、香味独特、携带方便,是消费者理想的休闲食品。

技术参数

1、拌粉机:将原料混合好后添加一定量的水分充分混合均匀。

2、上料机:利用电机为动力螺旋式输送,将拌好的原料输送到挤压机的喂料斗,确保上料方便快捷。

3、美腾膨化机:根据生产线产量的不同选用不同型号的MT型膨化主机,产量可从100kg/h--300kg/h不等,原料可以玉米粉、米粉、面粉、谷粉等为原料。

4、提升机:将米果输送到烤箱。

5、多层烤箱:烤箱多为电烤箱,温度在0-200度之间通过控制柜自行调节,内部为不锈钢双层网袋,烘烤时间可以根据速度调节,通过烘烤使得主料与芯料在一定程度上渗透,增加口感,同时减少物料水分,增加保质期。

6、调味线:有八角筒、圆筒、提升单滚筒、双滚筒调味线,根据产量、产品性质配置,另有喷油、喷糖、涂层设备。

5. Multi-layer oven: Oven is mostly electric oven, the temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0 and 200 degrees. The inside is stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. Through baking, the main material and the core material can permeate to a certain extent, increase the taste, reduce the moisture content of the material and increase the shelf life. 
6. Seasoning line: There are octagonal drum, cylinder, lifting single drum, double drum seasoning line, according to the output, product nature configuration, and other spraying, sugar spraying, coating equipment.
