Perfecto N 520 Turbine Oil Description Castrol Perfecto N 520 turbine oil is formulated from highly refined mineral base stocks together with rust and oxidation additives to extend its inherent oxidation stability and corrosion protection. Application Perfecto N 520 is primarily intended for the lubrication of steam turbines because of its resistance to foaming, demulsification performance and its air release properties. It can also be used in lightly loaded industrial gas turbines where anti wear performance is not required and turbo machinery where hydrodynamic lubrication prevails. Approval Status Perfecto N 520 meets or exceeds the requirements of BS 489 1999 DIN 51515 Part 1( L-TD) General Electric GEK 28143A 46506E Advantages Low foaming tendency and air release properties. Good demulsibility and corrosion inhibition performance.
