Perfecto T 32 N Turbine Lubricant Description Castrol Perfecto™ T 32 N is based on highly refined mineral oils, with selective additives to improve their inherent high oxidation stability and to protect against corrosion of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Application Castrol Perfecto T 32 N is designed primarily for the lubrication of steam turbines and compressors where the application involves the compressing of ammonia gas. The base oils have been selected to give the essential characteristics of resistance to foaming and the good air entrainment properties. In addition the additives are specially designed to work in an ammonia / urea environment where normal turbine / compressor oils may give rise to deposition of solids. Advantages Castrol Perfecto T 32 N exhibits excellent stability and long life in the lubrication systems of steam and in compressors operating on ammonia gas. Ensures long life of oil / ammonia seals. The oil will provide protection to the operating system in aggressive environments where heat, air, moisture and metal catalysts can all contribute to oil degradation.
