QUAKECOOL 2769 DL

是设计用于一般润滑强度,要求高清洁性,清净性,冷却性的场合。适

DESCRIPTION

QUAKERCOOL 2710 BF is a high performance solution developed for grinding operations where lubrication is not required. It is specially recommended for the grinding of cast iron, steel, high alloyed steel and high-speed steel. This product leaves no residues upon drying and will not create scaling on machines.

USAGE

All grinding operations on steel and cast iron.

POTENZA Grind T 015 Fully Synthetic Coolant Fluid

DESCRIPTION

POTENZA GRIND T 015, is a fully synthetic product recommended for medium-duty tube forming operations requiring maximum cleanliness, detergency, cooling and short term corrosion protection. It is well suited for most ERW tube and pipe operations. For medium, long term corrosion protection the product should be used ideally in conjunction with a properly applied, compatible; water displacing rust prevention fluid.

USAGE

Cold Rolled, Cold Rolled Pickled,Hot Rolled,Hot Rolled Pickled,Pre Galvanised (with dewatering fluid) aluminium and,Stainless steel materials.

Potenza 3725 is a multifunctional  cooling liquid with high performance. As a result of a long-time experience in bacteria resistance of Quaker Chemical products, it is designed for extensive metal alloys and various operations in capacity of  operating at low concentration. Excellent foam resistance functions like detergent.

USAGE

It is suitable for cast metals,all steel alloys,in case of mixed procession; aluminium and brass materials.

QUINTENZA 46 has been designed to operate in oil hydraulic systems and fulfils the requirements set for fire resistant hydraulic fluids of the type HFD-U.

USAGE

QUINTENZA 46 is used as received. Pre-filtration is not necessary, because the fluid is filtered during production. QUINTOLUBRIC® 807-IS is a synthetic, water 
soluble hydraulic system additive that has been 
specifically designed for use at 2-5% concentration 
in water hydraulic systems with reciprocating 
piston pumps. QUINTOLUBRIC® 807-IS contains 
proprietary lubricants, stabilizers, corrosion inhibitors, 
and bactericides in a ratio balanced to meet the 
lubrication requirements of pumps, packings, and 
valves. It provides effective protection against rust and 
micro-organism growth when used at 2-5% dilution.
The proprietary lubricants in QUINTOLUBRIC® 807-IS 
have a strong affinity for metal, and provide effective 
boundary lubrication between sliding steel surfaces. 
The biocides used in QUINTOLUBRIC® 807-IS are 
effective against both bacteria and mold/yeast. 
The biocide package in QUINTOLUBRIC® 807-IS 
will protect against bacteria and fungal growth at 
the minimum concentration of 2%. There is plenty 
of reserve alkalinity in QUINTOLUBRIC® 807-IS to 
maintain proper pH for corrosion inhibition and to 
assist in bacteria control.
Solutions are blue, completely stable in high 
temperatures and freeze-thaw conditions, and very 
resistant to hard water soap formation. 
These solutions will not form insoluble oily or curdy 
separations, and will not cause rancidity in the 
hydraulic system, problems often associated with 
soluble oils.

QUINTOLUBRIC® N 807-AL has been designed to 
operate in water hydraulic equipment and fulfills the 
requirements set for fire resistant hydraulic fluids of 
the type HFA-E (oil-in-water emulsions).
Unlike traditional high mineral oil containing HFA-E 
products, QUINTOLUBRIC® N 807-AL contains a low 
amount of mineral oil and forms a micro emulsion 
upon dilution in water.
In comparison to traditional high mineral oil 
containing HFA-E products, QUINTOLUBRIC® N 807-
AL delivers improved mixing, stability, filtration and 
bacteria/fungi resistance properties. QUINTOLUBRIC® 
N 807-AL can be applied in ecologically sensitive 
areas since the product is well biodegradable and has 
low Water Endangering Class.
USAGE
QUINTOLUBRIC® N 807-AL is delivered as a 
concentrate forming a micro-emulsion when diluted 
in water. QUINTOLUBRIC® N 807-AL can be applied 
in varying water types. The maximum recommended 
water hardness is 20° dH.
The concentration-in-use will depend on the 
application and the properties of the process (makeup) water. Because of the large number of water types 
available, specific recommendations on the usage 
of QUINTOLUBRIC® N 807-AL should be solicited 
from Quaker. The standard concentration range for 
QUINTOLUBRIC® N 807-AL is 1.5 – 3.0%.

APPLICATIONS
QUINTOLUBRIC® 855 was designed to replace 
anti-wear, mineral oil-based hydraulic fluids as 
well as vegetable-based fluids and polyol esters. 
QUINTOLUBRIC® 855 can be used in or near fire 
hazards and in environmentally sensitive hydraulic 
applications without compromising the overall 
hydraulic system operation.
QUINTOLUBRIC® 855 is based on high-quality, 
natural esters and carefully selected additives 
to achieve excellent hydraulic fluid performance. 
QUINTOLUBRIC® 855 does not contain water, 
mineral oil or phosphate ester.
QUINTOLUBRIC® 855 is recommended for use in 
systems with a maximum operating temperature 
of 70°C (150ºF), in combination with partial 
refreshment by system leakage.
QUINTOLUBRIC® 855 is used as received and 
pre-filtration is not necessary because the fluid is 
filtered during production. Its higher viscosity index 
compared with mineral oil makes it ideal for use at a 
wider temperature range. QUINTOLUBRIC® 855 also 
has good cold start-up properties and offers a higher 
viscosity at increased temperatures.

FLUID MAINTENANCE
In order to prolong fluid life, the product should 
be kept free from water and dirt. High temperatures 
should also be avoided. We recommend a program 
of regular fluid analysis (no less than twice per year).
