Nicotelline, also known as Nicotellin, is an alkaloid associated with nicotine and acts as a modest inhibitor of the enzyme human cDNA-expressed cytochrome P-450 2A6 (CYP2A6), which is responsible for coumarin 7-hydroxylation.
