Targetmol RIPA裂解液(RIPA Lysis Buffer)是一种传统的细胞组织快速裂解液。RIPA的本意是Radio Immunoprecipitation Assay。RIPA裂解液的配方有很多种，根据其裂解液的强度大致可以分为强、中、弱三类。RIPA裂解液裂解得到的蛋白样品可以用于常规的PAGE、Western Blot (WB)、免疫沉淀(Immunoprecipitation，IP)、免疫共沉淀(Co-IP)和ELISA等。本产品可以用于动物、植物的细胞或组织样品，也可以用于真菌或细菌样品。$r$n$r$nRIPA裂解液(中)的主要成分为50mM Tris(pH 7.4)，150mM NaCl，1% NP-40，0.5% sodium deoxycholate，0.1% SDS，以及sodium orthovanadate，sodium fluoride，EDTA，leupeptin等多种抑制剂，但并不包含蛋白酶磷酸酶抑制剂Cocktail的全部成分。为有效的防止蛋白降解，建议添加PMSF或者蛋白酶抑制剂Cocktail（Cat.
