性 状：本品为黄色结晶性粉末；无臭，味苦；有引湿性；遇光色渐变深，在碱性溶液中易破坏失效。

用 途：本品为四环类抗生素广谱抑菌剂，高浓度时具杀菌作用。本品对肺炎链球菌、溶血性链球菌、草绿链球菌及部分葡萄球菌、产气荚膜杆菌、炭疽杆菌、鼠疫杆菌、白喉杆菌、破伤风杆菌、布鲁菌属、流感嗜血杆菌、弯曲杆菌属、霍乱弧菌均有一定抗菌作用，对立克次体、支原体属、衣原体属、螺旋体、某些原虫也有抑制作用。肠杆菌科细菌如大肠杆菌、克雷伯菌属、沙门菌属、志贺菌属等对本品多数耐药。本品对革兰阳性菌的作用优于革兰性菌，但肠球菌属对其耐药。
本品作为或选用药物应用于下列疾病：(1)立克次体病，包括流行性斑疹伤寒、地方性斑疹伤寒、洛矶山热、恙虫病和Q热。(2)支原体属感染。(3)衣原体属感染，包括鹦鹉热、性病、淋巴肉牙肿、非特异性尿道炎、输卵管炎、宫颈炎及沙眼。(4)回归热。(5)布鲁菌病。(6)霍乱。(7)兔热病。(8)鼠疫。(9)软下疳。治疗布鲁菌病和鼠疫时需与氨基糖苷类联合应用。

This product has certain antimicrobial effects on Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus haemolyticus, Streptococcus grass ａnd some staphylococcus, Bacillus perfringens, Bacillus anthracis, Yersinia pestis, diphtheria, tetanus, Brucella, Haemophilus influenzae, Campylobacter, Vibrio cholerae. It also inhibits Leptozoites, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Spirochaetes ａnd some protozoa. Effect. Enterobacteriaceae bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Salmonella ａnd Shigella are mostly resistant to this product. The effect of this product on Gram-positive bacteria is better than that of Gram-positive bacteria, but Enterococcus is resistant to it. This product is the first choice or choice of drugs for the following diseases: (1) Rickettsia disease, including epidemic typhus, endemic typhus, Rocky Mountain fever, tsutsugamushi disease ａnd Q fever. (2) Mycoplasma infection. (3) Chlamydia infection, including parrot fever, venereal disease, lymphatic edema, nonspecific urethritis, salpingitis, cervicitis ａnd trachoma. (4) Return fever.
