据行业内数据估计,我国仪器行业共计2000余家规模企业,3400亿元产业规模。
目我们仪器行业呈现企业多但不够强大的局面,产业人均产值比较低,而美国、日本、德国行业人均年销售额可能是150万~200万元之间。以德国为例,2019年德国330家企业共4.86万从业人员,创造739亿元收入,270家规模企业,共7万从业人员,350亿元收入。
企业和政策齐发力 帮助自主科学仪器艰难突围
数据显示,近年来高校、科研院所科学仪器发展迅速,全国50万以上大型科学仪器的保有量已经超过10万台套,但进口品牌在多个域仍然占据垄断地位。为推动我国科学仪器的发展,国家出台了相关政策并设立项以支持国产仪器的自主创新产业化。
根据2007年和2011年两版《当优先发展的高技术产业化重点域指南》,均将"现代科学仪器设备"列入制造产业中的高技术产业化重点域。并在版本中还加入等离子体质谱仪、质谱联用仪等质谱分析仪器、高性能工业X射线CT装置、环境保护、社会安全应急检测等新的仪器类别。
据2022年市场调研结果:截至目,"十四五"国家重点研发计划年已启动逾50个重点项指南征求意见,共有26个项发布了"揭榜挂帅"榜单。每一个榜单都瞄准了迫切需要通过科技创新予以破题和解决的重大需求,特别是针对具体应用场景的协同攻关需求。
其中,"基础科研条件与重大科学仪器设备研发"重点项申报指南显示,2021年度指南部署围绕科学仪器、科研试剂、实验动物和科学数据等四个方向进行布局,拟支持39个项目,拟安排国拨经费概算5.39亿元。此外,拟支持16个青年科学家项目,拟安排国拨经费概算4800万元,每个项目300万元。科学仪器方向各项目自筹经费与国拨经费比例不低于1:1。
仪器行业发展面临的机遇
