You may choose to repair, replace or return the equipment if the whole machine breaks down within seven days from the date of sale. From the 8th day to the 15th day of the sales (according to the purchase invoice ａnd three packets of certificate), the whole machine has the performance failure mentioned in "Appendix 1", you can choose to repair or replace the goods.
Maintenance response time:
Upon receipt of a request for technical services, our technical staff will contact you within 2 hours ａnd repair the problem within 24 hours under normal circumstances.
In the process of product maintenance, the fault cannot be repaired within 24 hours. In order not to affect the use of users, our department will provide spare or replacement parts for free.
On-site training: after installation ａnd debugging, organize relevant users to conduct free training such as practical operation ａnd maintenance, to ensure that users can operate independently ａnd skillfully ａnd carry out basic maintenance.
