Domestic and foreign research on the detection technology of cephalosporin antibiotics mainly focuses on the samples of meat and poultry muscle, milk and plasma [10-20], while the detection of cephalosporin in fish is often not the focus, and there are few reports. Report of cephalosporin drugs mainly detection technology at home and abroad have a microorganism, enzyme league immune method, capillary electrophoresis and chromatography [21-22], at present, general with liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry (ms) in the national standard analytical methods provide the puffer fish and five cephalosporin material residues in eel detection method [23], but this method is lack of the applicability of the other fish, reagent dosage is bigger, and pretreatment process of the purification degree of the sample is not enough, the matrix effect is bigger, is easy to cause environmental pollution. In this study, the LC-MS/MS method was established for the detection of cephalosporin residues in fish substrates by taking Channa Argus, Grass Carp and Eel, three representative freshwater Marine fishes from the main farming and fishing areas of Zhejiang Province as the research objects.
