YI、TCJT-1型土工布圆盘取样器用途：
TCJT-1型土工布圆盘取样器其性能符合JTGE50公路土工合成材料试验规程、SL235土工合成材料试验规程、用手切取各种毛纺、混纺、化纤、针织等织物的圆形样品。
Application of tcjt-1 geotextile disk Sampler:
The performance of tcjt-1 geotextile disc sampler conforms to jtge50 test specification for highway geosynthetics ａnd sl235 test specification for geosynthetics. Round samples of various wool, blended, chemical fiber ａnd knitted fabrics are cut by hand.
二、TCJT-1型土工布圆盘取样器技术指标：
1、取样面积：100cm2
2、可切厚度：15mm
3、外型尺寸：ф160X115mm
4、重量：1.5kg
三、TCJT-1型土工布圆盘取样器结构与调整：
1、切刀刀片为双面刀片，具有四片，为圆外接四等分均布。刀片可以更换，具体操作为：松开件5十字螺钉（每片上有4颗螺钉），取下件6刀片压板与件4取样刀片，换上新的刀片，压上件6刀片压板，注意使刀片口为顺时针切向并使四片刀口处于同平面，然后拧紧5十字螺钉即可。
2、仪器底部有真纹刻痕，用于固定式样，便于切割，防止试样打滑。
3、波纹手轮下有滚花刻盘，可以用来调整所切厚度，具体做法为：松开件3锁紧螺钉，旋转件2滚花刻盘（顺时针减少，逆时针增加）。至所取厚度值，锁紧件3锁紧螺钉即可。
四、TCJT-1型土工布圆盘取样器使用方法：
1、取待裁织物，量好厚度，按上述调整好取样器刻盘。
2、将待织物平铺软木垫上，将圆盘取样器放在织物上，手扶住外罩7，手握住波纹手轮1，并旋加定压力，然后顺时针旋转波纹手轮1（转角>90度）即可将圆试样截取。

五、TCJT-1型土工布圆盘取样器注意事项：
1、本仪器刀片刀口很锋利，使用中不得将手放在底部，以免损伤。
2、本仪器裁取试样应在软木垫上进行，仪器不用时擦拭干净，置于仪器盒中，以免仪器损坏。
使用段时间后如刀片不锋利，按3.1条更换刀片。

1. The blade edge of the instrument is very sharp. Do not put your hand on the bottom to avoid damage.
2. The sample of the instrument should be cut on the cork cushion. When the instrument is not in use, it should be wiped clean ａnd placed in the instrument box to avoid damage.If the blade is not sharp after a period of use, replace it according to 3.1.
