The extraction the effective components of plant roots, stem, leaves, flower and fruits is an important procedure in health products and pharmacy manufacture. Cellulase, hemicellulase, β-glucanase, pectinase, protease, lipase and amylase in this product can increase the cell wall destruction rate on the basis of traditional craft. The target extract can be fully released, and the extraction yield will be improved obviously in consequence. Simultaneously the impurities can be removed so that the product quality will improved as well.
(1) Can be used in extraction of alkaloid, flavone, isoflavone, saponin, polysaccharide, volatile oil and phenylpropanoid.
(2) Be used in hydrolysis of compounds contain glucose in their structure in polygonum cuspidatum and others.
(3) Cut the micromolecular in sugar cane, like pectin, into short chains. Avoid the maillard reaction during extraction. Reduce the viscosity and improve the filtration rate efficiently. Reduce the sugar losses by filtration.
(4) Used in clarifying, reducing viscosity and promoting filtrability of extraction. Improve the production quality.
(5) Hydrolyze the polymer viscous substance into oligsaccharide, monosaccharide, etc. reduce the viscosity of extract and increase the extraction rate.
(6) Degrade the cell wall and make the active substances easy to be extracted. Can partially replace water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The extract is easier to clarify and filter. And the extraction rate of active substances is increased.
Fully broke the plant materials and put it in a 1:5-1:8 water bath. Adjust to pH 4.0-4.5 wi凵th acid (such as oxalic acid, acetic acid, citric acid and so on) meets relevant requirements. Add this preparation into water bath with a proper proportion and mix. The following factors can significantly affect performance and please determine the parameters after examination.
(1) pH of water bath. valid range: 5.0-8.0, optimum pH: 6.0.
(2) Temperature. Eff灬ective temperature:15℃-62℃, optimum temperature: 50℃. Under 50℃ prolong the time to 10-24h to ensure the effect of enzyme. A shorter reaction time needs more usage.
(3) Agitation. A proper agitation is helpful to hydrolyzation of enzymes. Stirring every 5 minutes can save half reaction time.
(4) Broken degree. The higher the broken degree of material is, the more obvious effect will be.
(5) Addition. The addition quantity of enzyme preparation for land plant flower, leaves and fruits is 0.1%-0.3% and it is 0.3%-0.6% for land plan roots and stem, while it is 0.8%-3% for marine plant.
(6) Effect expected. The extraction rate increased by at least 15% by using in right way.

Storage and package
(1) Yellow or brown liquid, or light yellow powder.
(2) Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
(3) Activity of liquid enzyme preparation losses less than 5% every three months at 25℃, and it is 1% of solid enzyme.
(4) Packing is 25 kg/drum.
