真密度/绝对密度是固体材料特别是粉体颗粒的一项重要物理性能指标，其数值大小决定于材料化学组成纯度及固态致密性，其值直接影响材料质量、性能及用途。传统的测定材料真密度的方法是基于阿基米德原理的比重瓶法，因手动操作及液体排除的不精确性带来的系统误差及测试误差较大，ISO标准组织于2014年正式推行气体体积置换法标准ISO 12154用于测试真密度。精微高博公司JW-M100真密度测定仪，能快速、高精度测量各种粉体、块体等固体材料的真体积及真密度，样品室体积范围1cm3-100cm3，平均完成一次分析约需3min，测试效率高，非常适合质检的快速分析。
