       KRTG1B4F-16C型燃气筒型过滤器是燃气输送介质的管道系统不可缺少的一种装置，通常用于燃气调压（柜）站、配气站及门站等输配系统，对保护系统中的调压器、流量计、阀门及其它设备起重要作用。

应用领域:

1、用来清除天然气、液化石油气等介质中颗粒杂质，用来保护阀门、流量计、调压等设备的正常使用。

2、该过滤器由受压外壳、滤芯、可拆法兰（或快开装置）上盖及排污口等部件组成。可拆法兰上盖便于取出或更换滤芯。 

3、开陌流体生产的该滤器安装简单，维护方便；采用不锈钢丝网或无纺布滤芯，过滤面积大，压损小；滤出的粉粒被集中在过滤器底部排出。不锈钢丝网滤芯可多次清洗使用。

可根据用户需要设置过滤网，一般选择过滤精度分为 5μm（无纺布）、20μm、50μm。

该过滤器可选装配压差表，当滤网堵塞导致压损增大时，需拆洗或更换滤芯。体形小、滤眼细、效果高、安装检修方便、成本低、并排污时间短，对一般小型号者，只需5-10分钟。

使用方法:

a.未安装前需保持过滤器内腔的清洁，防止杂质进入影响使用效果。

b.给该过滤器做水压强度试验时，应先关闭进气阀门。该试验完毕，用0.6MPA气压再给过滤器、压差表和导压管做气密试验，待压力稳定后同时缓慢打开两个进气阀门，避免单边压力过高造成压差表的损坏。

c.根据现场使用工况，建议定期排污和清洗该过滤器

d.开陌流体提醒当压差表显示进出口压差达到0.03MPA时（或由用户自己规定），建议给滤芯进行清洗。切断过滤器进出口阀门，并确保在内腔无压力和介质状态下，将可拆卸的滤芯取出，使用毛刷轻轻去除杂质后，待清洁干净重新装入。如清洁后滤芯的清洁度仍无法满足使用工况时，建议更换新滤芯。

e.每次清洗完毕后，需重新检测确保产品的密封性，并以氮气置换过滤器内的空气。

f.在通气前先关闭进气阀门，待压力稳定后同时缓慢打开两个进气阀门，避免单边压力过高造成压差表的损坏。
