工作原理

循环智能压浆设备由制浆系统、压浆系统、测控系统、循环回路系统组成。浆液在由预应力管道、制浆机、压浆泵组成的回路内持续循环以排净管道内空气，及时发现管道堵塞等情况，并通过加大压力进行冲孔，排出杂质，消除致压浆不密实的因素。

在管道进、出浆口分别设置精密传感器实时监测压力，并实时反馈给系统主机进行分析判断，测控系统根据主机指令进行压力的调整，保证预应力管道在施工技术规范要求的浆液质量、压力大小、稳压时间等重要指标的约束下完成压浆过程，确保压浆饱满和密实。主机判断管道充盈的依据为进出浆口压力差在一定的时间内是否保持恒定。 
产品功能

1、浆液满管路持续循环排除管道内空气，管道内浆液从出浆口导流至储浆桶，再从进浆口泵入管道，形成大循环回路，浆液在管道内持续循环，通过调整压力和流量，将管道内空气通过出浆口和钢绞线丝间空隙完全排出，还可带出孔道内残留杂质。

2、准确控制压力，调节流量

（1）精确调节和保持灌浆压力

产品功能
自动实测管道压力损失，以出浆口满足规范*低压力值来设置灌浆压力值，保证沿途压力损失后管道内仍满足规范要求的*低压力值。关闭出浆口后长时间内保持不低于0.5MPa的压力。（《公路桥涵施工技术规范》（JTG/T F50-2011）7.9.8条规定“对水平或曲线管道，压浆压力宜为0.5～0.7MPa…关闭出浆口后宜保持一个不小于0.5MPa的稳压期3~5min）

（2）当进、出浆口压力差保持稳定后，可判定管道充盈。

（3）通过进出口调节阀对流量和压力大小进行调节。

（4）稳压期间持续补充浆液进入孔道，保证密实。

3、准确控制水胶比，按施工配合比数量自动加水，准确控制加水量，从而保证水胶比符合要求。（《公路桥涵施工技术规范》（JTG/T F50-2011）7.9.3条规定“浆液水胶比宜为0.26～0.28）

4、一次压注双孔，提高工效，对于跨径50m内的预制梁，单孔长度小于55m的预应力管道均可双孔同时压浆，从位置较低的一孔压入，从位置较高的一孔压出回流至储浆桶，节约劳动力，提高工效100%。

5、实现高速制浆，规范搅拌时间系统集成了高速制浆机，该设备将水泥、压浆剂和水进行高速搅拌，其转速为1420r/min,叶片线速度>10m/s，能完全满足规范要求。（《公路桥涵施工技术规范》（JTG/T F50-2011）7.9.4条规定“搅拌机的转速应不低于1000 r/min,其叶片的线速度不宜小于10m/s。）
6、监测压浆过程，实现远程管理，灌浆过程由计算机程序控制，压浆过程受人为因素影响降低，准确监测到浆液温度、环境温度、灌浆压力、稳压时间等各个指标，切实满足规范与设计要求。自动记录压浆数据，并打印报表。通过无线传输技术，将数据实时反馈至相关部门，实现预应力管道压浆的远程管理。
7、系统集成度高，简单

适用:系统将高速制浆机、储浆桶、进浆测控仪、返浆测控仪、压浆泵集成于一体，现场使用只须将进浆管、返浆管与预应力管道对接，无需增加管道长度，即可进行压浆施工。操作十分简单，利于推广。

8、大幅提升超长预应力孔道压浆施工质量
