使用方法
1、 全自动操作

　　使用时只需设定粉料与水的单项重量，台车即可自动称量，控制上水的重量和搅拌时间。高速搅拌完成后打开出料阀，将水泥浆放入低速搅拌桶备用，然后关闭高速搅拌桶的出料阀，进行下一次的高速搅拌桶投料拌料。

2、 高速搅拌

　　本台车高速搅拌桶的额定转速为1020转/分钟，高速搅拌可使粉料与水得到充分亲和。其工作程序为：先自动上水，然后高速搅拌桶自动运行并依次添加压浆剂、水泥，继续搅拌3分钟后，即可排入带搅拌功能的储浆桶备用。

3、 低速储料搅拌桶防沉淀设计

　　本台车设有大容量储料桶，可容纳高速搅拌桶已搅拌完成的浆料，满足大流量压浆设备的不间断供料。并具备低速搅拌功能，可有效防止灰浆的沉淀。

4、 拖动车架系统

　　本台车装配于移动式车架上，可方便的使用其它机动车辆牵引移动。

5、 可选连续式螺杆压浆系统统
产品用途
　　用于铁路预应力是施工时，用户可另外选配连续式螺杆压浆设备，其基本参数如下：

　　压浆机为连续式工作方式，压力无波动，泵送浆体无气泡，理论工作量4.5立方米/小时，并具备自动保压功能。压力表总量程为1.6Mpa，保证高压时压力表可靠工作。压浆时的实际压力一般控制在0.5Mpa～0.7Mpa之间。小分度置为0.1Mpa，计量更为精确。
