桥梁预应力智能压浆台车：

我公司生产的智能压浆设备为公路、铁路制梁场专用压浆设备，整机符合公路新桥规及铁路TB/T 3192-2008《铁路后张法预应力混凝土梁管道压浆技术条件》要求。该套设备主要由智能压浆设备自动配料搅拌部分、智能压浆设备真空泵部分、智能压浆设备压浆机部分等三部分组成，其主要技术参数如下：

技术参数
1、智能压浆设备自动配料搅拌部分：自动上料、自动计量、自动保压、液晶屏显示，搅拌转速为1020转/分钟（也可根据客户要求增减转速），浆叶线速度14米/秒，称量准确度达到±0.4%以内，大大优于要求的±1%。可记录每次的搅拌数据，并可随时调取历史搅拌数据（该功能可任意关闭）。计数单位可精确到小数点后2位。其工作程序出厂装机含标准、简易2种，用户可自由调整，调整前默认为：先自动上水90%（或80%），然后高速搅拌桶自动运行并自动依次添加压浆剂、水泥，之后继续搅拌2分钟，再补加剩余的10%（或20%）水，再搅拌2分钟即可排入含搅拌功能的储浆桶备用。 该设备除上述自动功能外，另设有手动功能，可手动完成上述全部工作程序或单项工作程序。搅拌量为700kg，足以供给各型压浆机使用。
2、智能压浆设备真空泵部分：真空度可达-0.097至-0.1，优于所规定的-0.092；
3、智能压浆设备压浆机部分：为连续式工作方式，压力无波动，泵送浆体无气泡，理论工作量4.5立方米/小时，并具备电控自动和人工手动两种保压功能，采用DYL90型调速压浆泵时可无级调压、保压，保压范围可自由调整，且压力表指示稳定，指针不跳动。压力表总量程为
1.6Mpa，*小分度值小于0.1 Mpa，压浆时的实际压力恰好位于压力表量程的25%~75%之间，计量更为精确。

工作原理
