1.概述

1. Introduction 

磁选管又名戴维斯管。它适用于选煤、矿山、冶金、地质等实验室。用来测定强磁性矿石的磁性成分含量，为矿石的分选提供参考数据。

Magnetic tube is also called Davis tube, applied to coal preparation, mine, metallurgy, geology ａnd other laboratories, used to measure the content of magnetic ingredient in the ferromagnetic ore. It supplies reference data for sorting of ore.  

本磁选管设备是在传统国标型磁选管基础上的改进产品，在测量原理及使用方法步骤等方面完全严格的按照国家标准执行。其间对设备的整体结构及操作控制部分进行了创新升。设备整体采用了新型车式结构设计，外形美观大方，移动灵活，使用方便。核心控制器采用计算机控制技术，全智能操控，可在测量时对磁场强度进行一键式全自动测量，并对磁场强度进行全数字化直接显示，操作简单，显示直观。磁场输出采用激磁控制模块，磁场强度无线性调节，测量准确、运行可靠。为了保证测量的准确性，每一台磁选管均在出厂做了磁场强度的标定，完全符合《选煤用磁铁矿粉实验方法》（GB/T18711-2002第七节）对实验设备的要求。

 magnetic tube is the product improved based on CXG magnetic tube. It adopts new controllable power supply ａnd excitation control to directly indicate the magnetic field intensity number. The magnetic field intensity is steplessly ａnd linearly regulated ａnd the key spare parts are greatly improved, so that it is more reasonable in structure, convenient in operation, accurate in measurement ａnd reliable in operation. In order to guarantee accurateness of measurement, each magnetic tube is subject to calibration of magnetic field intensity, ａnd fully conforms to requirement of experimental method of Magnetite for Coal Preparation (GB/T18711-2002 section 7) on experimental equipment.

磁选管是在C形电磁铁的两之间，装有玻璃管，作往复移动和旋摆。被分选的试样，在通过磁场区域时，磁性物附着于管壁，非磁性物在机械运动中被水冲刷而排出。

magnetic tube is between the two poles of C-shape electromagnet ａnd a glass tube is installed as reciprocating ａnd swing. When the sorted sample passes through the magnetic field region, the magnetic substance are attached to the tube wall. The non-magnetic substances are discharged after flushed by water during mechanical movement.

型磁选管的组成，如图1所示：

Composition of  magnetic tube is shown in figure 1:  

a.支座(8)安装在底座(16)上，用来支撑C形铁芯(4)和激磁绕组(5)。

a. The support (8) is installed on the base plate (16) ａnd used to support C-shape iron core (4) ａnd field winding (5).  

b.在铁芯上磁端装有连接环箍(14)，用来连接传动支架(13)。松开环箍上两边螺母，可调节玻璃管安装角度，一般为30度，调整完后，拧紧连接环箍上两边螺母。注意不要拧得过紧，以传动机架不能转动为止。

b. The connection tie hoop (14) is installed at pole end of the iron core ａnd used to connecting the driving support (13). Loosen the nuts at both sides of the tie hoop to adjust the installation angle of the glass tube, which is 30° generally. After adjustment, screw the nuts down at both sides of the tie hoop. Do not tie it over-tightly; it will be suitable if the drive frame can not be turned any more.  

c.玻璃管(15)被嵌在铜套(12)中，通过支架架在两磁之间。用手先拿住玻璃管，松开调节螺栓，可以调节玻璃管位置，调好后拧紧螺栓。

c. The glass tube (15) is embedded in copper sheathing (12) ａnd supported between two poles through a support. Hold the glass tube with hand at first; loosen the adjusting bolt to adjust the position of the glass tube. Screw down the bolt after adjustment.  

d.电机通过曲柄使玻璃管作旋摆运动。

d. The motor drives the glass tube to perform swing movement through the crank.

玻璃管与水平线角度调节范围0度～40度。玻璃管行程40mm，旋摆45度。

Regulation range of the angle between the glass tube ａnd the horizontal line is 0°～40°. The glass tube is 40mm in stroke ａnd 45° in swing.
