2)直流工作电压的测量法
测得IC芯片各脚直流电压与正常值相比即可.但也要注意:
(a)万能表要有足够大的内阻,数字表为选;
(b)各电位器旋到中间位置;
(c)表笔或探头要采取防滑措施,可用自行车气门芯套在笔头上,
并应长出笔尖约5mm;
(d)当测量值与正常值不相符时,应根据该引脚电压,对IC芯片正
常值有无影响以及其它引脚电压的相应变化进行分析;
(e)IC芯片引脚电压会受元器件的影响.当有漏电,短路,
开路或变质等;
