⑴集成电路引脚的编号顺序,切勿接错;
⑵为适应代换后的IC的特点,与其相连的电路的元件要作相应的改变;
⑶电源电压要与代换后的IC相符,如果原电路中电源电压高,应设法降压;电压低,要看代换IC能否工作。
⑷代换以后要测量IC的静态工作电流,如电流远大于正常值,则说明电路可能产生自激,这时须进行去耦、调整。若增益与原来有所差别,可调整反馈电阻阻值;
⑸代换后IC的输入、输出阻抗要与原电路相匹配;检查其驱动能力。
⑹在改动时要充分利用原电路板上的脚孔和引线,外接引线要求整齐,避免后交叉,以便检查和防止电路自激,特别是防止高频自激;
[7]在通电电源Vcc回路里好再串接一直流电流表,降压电阻阻值由大到小观察集成电路总电流的变化是否正常。
