浅析关于拉力试验机传感器

拉力试验机的传感器是一种检测装置,它能感应到被检测的信息,并能将检测感应到的信息,按一定规律变换成为电信号或其它所需形式的信息输出,满足信息的传输、处理、存储、显示、记录和控制等要求.就是能感受规定的被测量并按照一定的规律成可用信号的器件或装置,通常由敏感元件和转换元件组成。拉力实验的传感器的分类一般有温度传感器,油墨传感器,转速传感器及压力传感器等。下面详细的介绍每个传感的说明。

1.转速传感器确保传感器底部与发动机齿顶间隙0.8至1.0mm,否则会造成指示失准。正确的安装方法是先将传感器拧到底，即传感器底部碰到发动机飞齿顶部，然后逆时针回旋三分之二圈，再用背紧螺母紧固。
