CrystalSCAN是一个台式的、自动化的、平行的结晶监测平台，便于确定多个样品的溶解度曲线和MSZW（可转移区宽度），并优化所需的结晶过程。标准系统支持8个独立控制的反应器，每个反应器都配备了H.E.L有的结晶监测探头CrystalEYES。

除了自动搅拌、加热和冷却每个样品外，CrystalSCAN还可以自动添加选择的溶剂/反溶剂，在每个周期结束时独立稀释每个样品。 因此，在一系列的实验条件下，可以自动确定溶解点和成核点的数据，从而分别生成溶解度曲线和MSZW的特征。 者为优化所需的结晶过程提供了基础，而后者则为更大范围内的过程行为提供了洞察力，为过程开发提供了信息和便利。
