将土工布试样水平夹持在夹持环中，规定质量的不锈钢锥从500mm，高度跌落在试样上，由于落锥刺入试样而使试样上形成破洞，再将标有刻度的小角量锥插入破洞测得穿透程度。含小角量锥1只
