为实现冲杯圆形试样制样目的，我公司提供的一种气动模具下料器，满足GB/T 24183-2021《金属材料  薄板和薄带　制耳试验方法》中可制取直径φ60mm圆片，制样厚度范围0.15-3mm。使用单一驱动源同时对多个部件进行驱动，加工节拍统一，加工精度高、加工效率提高等特点。

一、用途：

随着生产技术的发展与进步，薄板或带材被广泛使用于食品、包装、汽车工业、医药等各个域，由于薄板或带材具有各项异性，而使深冲产品的杯口部出现波浪形的凸起，因像人耳故称制耳。对深冲产品而言，制耳妨碍了进一步加工，故制耳越小越好，而衡量制耳大小的指标就是制耳率，准确的制耳率数据对生产及后续加工有大的指导作用。我公司提供一种自动薄板制耳率测量仪，实现对薄板制耳率快速准确地检测。

1. Purpose:

With the development ａnd progress of production technology, sheets or strips are widely used in various fields such as food, packaging, automobile industry, medicine, etc. Due to the anisotropy of the thin plate or strip, the cup mouth of the deep-drawn product has a wavy bulge, which is called a human ear because it resembles a human ear. For deep-drawn products, earing hinders further processing, so the smaller the earing, the better, ａnd the indicator for measuring the size of the earing is the earing rate. Accurate ear rate data has great guidance for production ａnd subsequent processing. Our company provides an automatic thin plate ear rate tester, which can quickly ａnd accurately detect the thin plate ear rate.

二、性能：

目国内通用制耳峰高及制耳谷高的测量，大多是人工手持固定制耳检测圆杯，使用游标卡尺测量逐一测量各峰高及谷高，人工手持不便，难以固定，多次重复测量数值之间易出现较大偏差，导致制耳率数值不准确。

本制耳率测量仪包括垂直轴、垂直高度调节装置、水平轴、水平位置调节装置、数显千分表、可转动底座、可调内径的圆形卡爪、微机测量系统等构成。符合GB/T 24183-2021《金属材料  薄板和薄带　制耳试验方法》测试要求。

2. Performance:

At present, the measurement of ear peak height ａnd ear valley height in China is mostly manual hand-held ａnd fixed ear detection round cup.
