Rotors are available standard, or with a fluoropolymer resin coating that ensures resistance to acids. Hexagonal rotor holds one hundred thirty-two 1.5–2.0mL microcentrifuge tubes. The 12–17mm rotor holds a maximum of 76 tubes: up to fifty-two 12–13mm tubes ａnd up to twenty-four 16–17mm tubes. The 12–13mm rotor holds a maximum of 148 tubes: forty 1.5–2.0mL microcentrifuge tubes ａnd up to one hundred eight 12–13mm tubes. The 28mm rotor holds 44 tubes: thirty-two 1.5–2.0mL microcentrifuge tubes ａnd twelve 28mm tubes. Microtiter plate rotor holds four standard or two deep well plates. The DNA rotor holds a maximum of 132 tubes: up to seventy-two 0.5mL ａnd up to sixty 1.5–2.0mL microcentrifuge tubes.
