Supplier: Esco Technologies生物安全柜This cabinet provides optimum operator, product, ａnd environmental protection in experiments involving general microbiological work with agents assigned to CDC biological safety levels 1, 2, or 3. Ideal for situations where recirculation of filtered air is prohibited, usually due to the presence of chemical fumes emitted during the process.
Sentinel l™ Silver microprocessor monitors airflow in real-time via temperature compensated sensors. Minipleat ULPA （Ultra Low Penetration Air） filter operates at a typical efficiency of 99.999% for 0.1–0.3µm particles, surpassing conventional HEPA （High Efficiency Particulate Air） filters. The ULPA filter provides ISO Class 3 （FED-STD-209E Class 1/M1.5） clean air to the work surface in a gentle vertical laminar flow. An integral filter metal guard prevents accidental damage to the filter media. A seamless filter gasket is permanently molded on the filter frame ａnd will not deteriorate over time. Typical main ULPA filter lifespan is more than five to seven years depending on the usage of the cabinet.
Tri-wall construction surrounds the work zone with negative pressure plenums for maximum safety. The angled front, narrow profile front grille, raised armrest, ａnd frameless, shatterproof sash create an ergonomic work environment. The sash is counterbalanced for smooth, lightweight operation. A one-piece stainless steel work zone ａnd the absence of screws or connectors in the work zone facilitate ease of cleaning after experiments. External surfaces are coated with Isocide™ antimicrobial coating to protect against surface contamination ａnd inhibit bacterial growth. The Isocide coating eliminates 99.9% of surface bacteria within 24 hours of exposure.
Note: To prevent contamination from chemical fumes, cabinet must be ducted to an external blower for total exhaust.
Ordering Information: Includes comprehensive user＇s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures. Additional IQ/OQ/PQ documentation is available upon request. Cabinet is fully assembled ａnd ready to install ａnd operate when shipped. The universal service kit （97004-524） ａnd IV bar kit （97004-526） are field installed. The IV bar kit includes six hooks. The five-year manufacturer＇s warranty includes ULPA ａnd HEPA filters ａnd excludes consumable parts ａnd accessories.
UL ａnd C-UL listed. Certified to all major world standards for biological safety cabinets, including NSF/ANSI 49, EN 12469, ａnd JIS K3800. HPV test compliant. Filter frame ａnd media is constructed in accordance with EN 1822 requirements for fire retardant properties.
