手持均质机POLYTRON® PT 1300D Handheld Homogenizers, Kinematica均质机,
These handheld homogenizers are used to rapidly break down plant and animal tissue for chemical analysis, prepare emulsions and samples for titrations, and extract pesticides in soil samples. Homogenizers provide fast, reproducible homogenization, emulsion, dispersion, and mixing, with consistent sample-to-sample uniformity. These units can also be used to homogenize heart, liver, uterus, and smooth muscle for the isolation of mitochondria, intact golgi apparatus, and nuclei, as well as grains and seeds for nutritional analysis.

PT 1300d特征的数字速度控制在7000–30000保持设定的速度(±100rpm)无论样品的变化。100W的电机软启动防止飞溅和样品的损失。操作员舒适性,该装置还具有只有75–85dB安静的操作在30000。The PT 1300D features digital speed control from 7,000–30,000rpm that maintains set speed (±100rpm) regardless of sample changes. The 100W soft-start motor prevents splashing and sample loss. For operator comfort, the unit also features quiet operation of only 75–85dB at 30,000rpm.
EasyCare™ generators disassemble for cleaning, maintenance, and sterilization, making them ideal for use when cross-contamination is a concern and cleaning is necessary. The generators are also designated "Quick-Connect" as they can be connected/disconnected from the homogenizer quickly and easily. These generators work via the rotor/stator system, in which samples are drawn into the center of the generator tip, vigorously mixed, accelerated, pressed through the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, and forced out between the teeth of the stator. Rotors and stators are cut from a solid block of 316L stainless steel resulting in a stronger, thicker-walled stator tube that extends generator life and prevents deformation.
Ordering Information: Generators (required for operation) are sold separately. Generators are autoclavable at 121°C (250°F) at 15psi for 15 minutes.
