高温1400、1700℃箱式实验电炉本产品以优质硅钼棒为加热元件；采用智能化控温系统，可控硅控制，移相触发；炉膛采用技术真空吸附成型的优质1700型氧化铝多晶体纤维无机材料；炉体为双层炉壳，采用当前流行的空气隔热技术配合热感应技术驱动智能化风冷系统，当外炉壳内表面温度达到50℃时，散热风扇自动启动，快速有效的降低外壳温度；；采用软起动恒流控制，延长加热元件寿命。High-temperature 1400 ａnd 1700 DEG C box type experimental furnace this product with high quality silicon molybdenum rod as a heating element; adopts the intelligent temperature control system, SCR control, phase shift trigger; furnace with vacuum adsorption molding quality 1700 type alumina crystal fiber inorganic materials; furnace body is a double-layer furnace shell, uses the current popular air insulation technology with heat sensing technologies to drive intelligent cooling system, when the temperature of the inner surface of the furnace outer shell to 50 DEG C, cooling fan is started automatically, quickly ａnd effectively reduce temperature of the shell; the soft starting control of constant current ａnd prolong the service life of the heating element.

3、设备长期不用，应拔掉电源线以防止设备损伤人。并应定期（一般一季度）按使用条件运行2-3天，以驱除电器部分的潮气，避免损坏有关器件。
