电热恒温鼓风干燥箱节能省电的操作方法

1、鼓风干燥箱采用适当的加热功率,任何系统都有一个热平衡问题,以*适当的加热功率获取的加热效果,恒品机电根据客户提供的使用条件,计算出加热方程,以达输入电能*少,输出热量的目的。

2、总加热功率越低越省电。显然如加热功率太低,加热时间延长,不但省不了电,反而增加生产时间,造成单位时间产晨低,增加其他成本。鼓风干燥箱加热功率越大,加热越快,越省电。显然,加热功率太大,加热太快,局部温差大,损耗更大,也不省电。

3、根据不同的使用条件,工业烤箱采用不同的加热方式,以提高加热效率。

4、鼓风干燥箱采用高效保温材料(比普通石棉提高60%的绝热材料),以减少能量损耗。

5、鼓风干燥箱根据不同的烘烤过程,自动变换烘烤温度,可以节能。
