■ 操作步骤operating set_up
Fix the sensor ａnd adjust the checking distance in right Status.Select high start or low start according to machines need ａnd ｓelect right source according to to-be-checked web or mark.Adjust its sensitivity following the below 3 steps（the below is high start mode,light color for packing paper ａnd mark,dark color for background）.First,move the packing paper until the light spot within background shade.Adjust sensitivity counter clockwise to its maximum, then turn it clockwise till OUT2 on.Remember the position of potentiometer.Refer to A in diagram 1.second,move the packing web till light spot in centered in mark ａnd turn counter clockwise slowly the adjustment button till OUT1 on.Remember the button position,as the B in diagram 2.After the above 2 steps completed correctly,turn the potentiometer at the spot C between A ａnd B as in diagram 3.OUT2 is supposed on at this step.The more distance between A ａnd B,the mor color tolerance,which is indication of stable checking status
固定好光电开关，使检测距离符合要求。根据您所用的包装纸用色标颜色确定光源,（订货时应确定）再根据您机械的需要决定输出方式的亮动或暗动.按以下三步调节灵敏度（以下以输出方式,包装标签纸为浅色,背景为深色为例）（1）移动包装纸, 使投光点落在标记之外的背景区,将灵敏度反向旋到底,然后顺时针慢慢旋至OUT2恰好亮记住此时电位器位置如图（一）的A点（2）再移动包装纸,使光点恰好落在标记中央,然后逆时针慢慢旋转灵敏度旋钮直至指示灯OUT1恰好亮记住此时电位器位置如图（二）的B点（3）正确完成以上两步后,再将电位器旋到A点与B点的中间C位置即可如图（三）此时OUT2应亮,调节完毕.A,B两点距离越大说明色差比较大,检测越稳定.
