VIA EPIA MII Mini-ITX 主机板属于 VIA EPIA 系列 17 x 17 公分的小型规格，沿袭威盛一贯的外型轻薄、噪音及低功率等特色，是搭配数字家用的全功能娱乐平台。VIA EPIA MII 系列可轻松装入提供全方位应用的数字家用基础架构，应用特色包括有线或无线媒体服务器、行动计算机、客厅及家中其它地方的接收器等精密连接能力。

搭配无风扇式 VIA Eden™ ESP 处理器的 VIA EPIA MII，具有超级低功率、静音或无声的设计；若是搭配 VIA C3™ 处理器，则可进行丰富的媒体密集应用。内建 VIA CLE266 芯片组整合 VIA UniChrome™ 2D/3D 绘图功能与 MPEG-2 加速器的动作补偿功能，同时支持 DDR266 SDRAM 庞大内存频宽与 ATA/133 高速数据传输，大幅增进多媒体效能。

此外，还支持一系列现代的储存与连接性选项，包括内建的 CardBus、CompactFlash 及一条 PCI 插槽。VIA EPIA MII 也利用 IEEE 1394、USB 2.0 连接功能以及 S-Video、RCA TV-Out (NTSC & PAL) 与 10/100 Mbps 快速以太网络，支持高频宽连接性的*新功能。VIA EPIA MII 另外支持多种内嵌 LCD 面板并与 Microsoft® Windows 及 Linux 操作系统完全兼容。VIA EPIA MII 兼容于任何 Mini-ITX 机壳以及 FlexATX 与 MicroATX 外箱和电源供应器。

Noise Emissions
PPC noise emissions are usually provided in idle, hard drive accessing and DVD playing modes. The specially designed fansink on the VIA EPIA MII10000 does not alter speed as the CPU loading changes, resulting in a consistently low noise level. The fansink model used on the VIA EPIA MII10000 is the Arkua 309R-AW4B.
