The symptoms include dyspnea, syncope, collapse, palpitations, ａnd chest pain. They can be readily provoked by exercise. The disorder has inter- ａnd intrafamilial variability ranging from benign to malignant forms with high risk of cardiac failure ａnd sudden cardiac death.
