产品介绍：Human Testin is a putative tumor suppressor ａnd localizes to the cytoplasm as a component of focal adhesions ａnd cell contacts. Testin contains a PET domain in the amino-terminus ａnd three tandem LIM domains in the COOH-terminus. The Testin gene maps to a commom fragile site on chromosome 7q31.2 designated FRA7G.
