Involved in the interaction of plaque proteins ａnd intermediate filaments mediating cell-cell adhesion.Defects in DSG1 are the cause of palmoplantar keratoderma striate type 1 （SPPK1） [MIM:148700]; also known as keratosis palmoplantaris striata I. SPPK1 is a dermatoligical disorder characterized by thickening of the skin on the palms ａnd soles, ａnd longitudinal hyperkeratotic lesions on the palms, running the length of each finger.

保存条件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
