产品介绍：Epstein-Barr virus （EBV） nuclear antigen 1 （EBNA1） is the one EBV antigen that is expressed in all EBV associated malignancies. It has long been thought to go undetected by the cell mediated immune system. However, recent studies show that EBNA1 can be presented to both CD4+ ａnd CD8+ T cells, making it a potential new target for immunotherapy of EBV related cancers.Subcellular Location : Nuclear. Free in the nucleoplasm, somewhat associated with the chromatin ａnd hardly, if at all associated with the nuclear matrix.

保存条件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
